Join Jennifer O’Sullivan and Stacy Seebart for a week long refuge from the wear and tear of your modern day life. We will guide you on a deep journey to reignite the spark of your inner wisdom and bring balance to your nervous system.
As we fill up with ancient yoga wisdom, you will gain a great understanding of your inner strengths. You will leave the week with simple and doable home practices.
